Mithra is looking for a Plant Manager Assistant to work at Mithra CDMO, its R&D and Manufacturing platform located in Flémalle.

The Plant Manager Assistant will support the Plant Manager in plant performance and deliverables, and for the transformation to routine manufacturing.

The main responsibilities are the following:

• Assist the plant Manager in daily operational management and coordination of operational teams.
• Drive tiered meeting structures and support daily issue/urgency management
• Daily on-the-ground presence, with close relation to CDMO managers
• Assist the plant manager in business critical areas, risk assessment and action plans for resolution (business continuity, …)
• Assist the plant manager in development of the CDMO site
  • Organizational and transformational initiatives in order to drive mindset and performance – continuous improvement
  • Master planning (expansion, capacity, opportunity…)
  • CDMO business development and external relations (RFP, partner management, …)

• Support the plant manager/controller in cost optimization analysis and related action plans.

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Pharma manufacturing operations
• Industrial pharmacist
• Generalist with broad interest (technical, process, organization, quality, systems, strategy, commercial, performance)
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Very good communication skills
• Very good interpersonal relation skills
• Eager to learn and continuously develop and improve personal capabilities and knowledge.
