I was lucky enough to arrive at Mithra at the commercial launch of Myring^®, to experience the transition from a project phase to a production routine: an exciting challenge and a unique experience, all in a high-tech environment!

I love the fact that I am actively involved in creating and developing a sustainable and efficient system with motivated and committed teams, each one bringing its own contribution. The improvements in our innovative production process, our organization and our teamwork are visible day after day, which is really rewarding!
